The Hospitality Global Business Unit (HGBU) - Global Field Enablement Team is responsible for the strategy, creation, developmentand support of accessible / sustainable materials related to the enablement ofthe Hospitality eco-system.
This team works incooperation / collaboration with the Alliance and Channels Team as well as theWWAC OPN Partners, OSPA & and cross HGBU LOB Teams to drive specificcontent for partner, reseller, customer and internal consumption to supportskilling and enhanced product competencies for the Hospitality BusinessSolutions.
The HGBU Field Solution Enablement Team focuses on threekey areas:
Work isnon-routine and very complex, involving the application of advancedtechnical/business skills in area of specialization.Leading contributor individually and as ateam member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development ofnew services and processes, frequently operating at the leading edge oftechnology including Cloud Services. Recommends and justifies major changes toexisting products, services, processes. Ensuresall environments meet compliance standards.
Capabilities in the use of all standard Microsoftapplications in addition to key productivity tools including Camtasia,Captivate, and publishing software.
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, education design or related experience preferred.
