This position is directly involved in identifying customer needs, coordinating activities of delivery drivers, maintaining competitive data, inventory control and daily business reporting for multiple locations. Some of the other responsibilities include.
Answer customer calls and concerns
Prioritize, Schedule and Dispatch delivery and pick up of equipment
Determines the most effective mode and routing of equipment into company facilities and to the customer
Use routing tools to ensure movement of equipment adheres to DOT and State/Federal law
Relay work orders, messages, and information to and from drivers, supervisors and customers
Other tasks, as assigned by management
Bachelor's degree preferred
