Our growing agency is seeking to hire a Client Relationship Manager who will manage multiple client accounts. Self-motivated marketing and account management wizard is needed in a fast-paced agency environment. Applicants should be proficient in account management and passionate about driving success and increasing ROI for multiple clients. Will work alongside an experienced creative team and a results-driven digital marketing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of digital marketing experience within an account management role. Client Success Managers should have a strong understanding of the marketing/advertising industry, as well as possess a solid background in digital, search and social marketing across Google and Bing ads.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients on a regular basis regarding strategies and results.Brainstorm ways to improve clientsâ€™ success and act as a consultative marketing manager that focuses on growing our clientsâ€™ businesses by building client relationships, driving results within their campaigns, and upgrading clients to additional services that would benefit their business. Monitor assigned book of clientsâ€™ daily digital Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager campaigns in accordance with strategy and brainstorm optimizations together with the internal marketing team in order to improve performance.Anticipate client needs and work with the Client Experience Lead to keep the Agency in a position of leading client success and digital pay per click, display, and social advertising. Maintain daily contact with internal Marketing Team as well as other internal departments around issues or opportunities to improve the performance of client campaigns. Complete SEO/SEM tickets to internal teams for the optimization of digital campaigns or website updates.Lead and train the customer success team on driving results against established KPIs.
QualificationsBachelorâ€™s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent relevant experience Proven ability to manage a large book of clients - you are not intimidated by 50+ accounts3+ years of experience in Account Management or related role in advertising or marketing agencyPost-sales experience managing multiple client accounts.Client-focused with a strong sense of detail and urgencyProven ability to communicate, both verbally and written, with people at all levels of an organizationStrong communication and relationship-building skills â€“ sales experience is a plusExperience managing SEO/SEM campaignsProficiency with Google Ads (Bing - nice to have)Proficient in Google Sheets and SlidesDemonstrated ability to interpret raw data to improve client campaignsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritize daily work efficientlyRapid problem-solving and solution-oriented team-player!
